This tour will encompass a small portion of the 500+ mile John Hunt Morgan Heritage, starting in Peebles and ending in Jasper.  Guided by Great Raid author David Mowery and Civil War historian Darryl Smith, the tour will be point to point following the trail.  Along the way we will not only stop at locations related to the raid, but also at a few cemeteries to discuss a few stories of the veterans buried within.  There will be some walking in the various cemeteries, including a stop with several steps to climb to a cemetery on a hill.
