We will gather at the state memorial and pick up branches and do general clean up, and then carpool to the landing in Old Portland to remove brush and pick up trash.  The landing area is cool as the old stones from the landing are still in place.  Bring gloves, yard tools (rakes, brooms, pruners, etc.), and dress for the weather.  Brush cutters and chainsaws would be helpful as well.

The picnic benches at the park need to be scraped and stained/sealed, so having some tools to do that would also be a good thing!

We will "work" for a couple of hours.  Work at your own pace, and come enjoy the day knowing that you are making a difference!
